Q: Do I need an online account:
A: If you are a wholesale customer you will need to create an online account with Implus to be able to purchase through our website. Even if you already hold an account with us but would now like to order online instead of over the phone you will need to apply for the online access via the website.
If you are a retail customer, you can check out online as a guest or create an online account. By creating an account, you can:
- Check out of the online store faster
- See your past orders
- Change account/ personal details
- Check the status of your order
Q: How do I register for an online account?
A: For both retail and wholesale customers please go to the “Login/sign up” section on our home page. Follow the prompts to create your own online account and password.
Q: Is my personal data safe if I create an online account?
A: Yes, please refer to the Implus Privacy Policy for more information.
Q: What happens if I forget my password?
A: Implus doesn’t have access to your password. If you do forget it, you can reset it through our website by going to the log in section and clicking on “forgotten my password”. You will be emailed a temporary password to log in and reset your own password.
Q: How do I know my online order has been successfully received?
A: You will receive an email confirming your order has been received. If you don’t receive a confirmation email please contact our customer service team on 03 9706 4485 between 9am and 5pm AEST.
